A/C Rear Line Delete Kit – VW T5 – High & Low Pressure Block-Off Set

Product Overview

Many VW T5 owners experience leaks in the rear air conditioning system — often caused by corroded rear A/C lines or a failing rear evaporator.
Repairing or replacing these parts can be extremely costly and time-consuming.

Features

• Complete set with two block-off plugs for high- and low-pressure A/C lines
• Includes all required seals (replaces OEM 3D0260749C and 4E0260749A)
• Designed to be installed at the front of the vehicle:
– Connection 1: right side of the firewall (engine bay)
– Connection 2: under the air filter housing
(Some models may have both connections at the firewall)
• Very low installation effort — remove the original pipes at the front and install the plugs with new seals
• In rare cases, one plug may require minor adjustment (e.g. shortening a small section)
• When the rear A/C is deleted, the refrigerant capacity for R134a is approx. 300 g less
(value based on testing, not guaranteed)
